These Terms and Conditions apply to customer orders submitted through the velmorasa™ website.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, photographs, and specifications accurately.
For curtains and textile products, minor variations may occur because of fabric batches, lighting, screen settings, photography, or normal manufacturing tolerances.
Delivery
Estimated transportation time is normally 3–7 days after dispatch.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before an order is submitted.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be approved only before fulfillment begins.
No cancellation charge applies when cancellation is approved before fulfillment begins. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are returned through the original transaction channel within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
