Room settings, furniture, curtain rods, hooks, and decorative accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless specifically listed in the product description.
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, installation requirements, care instructions, and package contents before submitting an order.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Velmorasa™ may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, inaccurate listing information, suspected misuse, delivery restrictions, duplicate submissions, or other reasonable operational concerns.
If part of an order becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected item, or adjust the order as appropriate.
